Consultation

Before taking on a new Personal Training client a free informal consultation can be conducted, either face to face, over the phone or via email. This service is free of charge.
This will cover timetabling, establish our suitability and any special requirements you may have.

The Testing Consultation fee is £10.00 which will be deducted from the first lessons charge.
The Testing Consultation should take approximately 30 minutes. We will run through a fitness/ medical history questionnaire and run a few physical tests.
These tests will benchmark your current level of fitness and will be referred back to at the next series of testing. It will also inform us as to the needs of your exercise program and indicate what areas require attention.

Women-only: Personal Training

Sessions may be purchased either casually (pay for each session as it is used) or in pre-paid blocks which, offers greater value for money.
Individual training involves one trainer with one client, whilst small group personal training involves one trainer with up to five clients at the same time.

All pre-paid session blocks must be used within 90 days
Pre-paid group classes are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Pre-paid classes are not transferable or refundable.

Women Only Personal Tuition Prices
Personal Fitness training sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Individual personal training sessions are £40.00 per hour.
£360.00 for 10 prepaid personal tuition sessions
*To train with a partner or friend is an additional £10.00 per session.
Maximum 5 participants at £70.00

Pre-paid training sessions validity
Personal Fitness training sessions are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Personal Fitness training sessions are not transferable and un-used sessions cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
12 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments to avoid incurring a cancellation fee
Lateness Policy
If the client is late for a session, the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time
If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions

Refund Policy
We strive to ensure our clients receive the best service at all times. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we will issue you with a full refund for any remaining sessions.

Women-only: Outdoors Fitness Circuit

This an all weather outdoors fitness circuit class. Utilising natural terrain, bodyweight and equipment based exercise circuits.
The class will challenge your current fitness level whilst having the added benefits of training in the fresh air with other like-minded ladies.

Suitable for beginners - intermediates
Meeting at the Oakhill Park - message or call for exact class location.

Supervised Child Policy
I appreciate that many of the ladies who attend my Outdoors Fitness classes, do have children and that last minute child-minding issues arise.
If for any reason you do need to bring your child to a class with you, please be aware that you are solely responsible for the child. You will also need to ensure that the child does not interfere with other class participants or any equipment that may be being used during the class.

If the behaviour of the child places them or class attendees at risk, you will be asked to remove them from the class.
Thank you for your understanding with regards to this matter.

Pre-pay by bank transfer or pay in cash at the class £10.00 per session.

Cancellation Policy
8 hours notice of cancellation of online booking is required to avoid incurring a cancellation fee
On receipt of cancellation over 8 hours, online bookings will be transferred to another class.
Notice of less than 8 hours, will incur full payment of the session fee.
